GPS Location Access

The Hisab Mittra mobile app accesses your device GPS location. This is a core feature of the employee attendance and field tracking system used by your employer.

What we collect: Latitude, longitude, accuracy, timestamp, and battery level at the time of location ping.
Why we collect it: To enable real-time employee attendance verification, field-force tracking, and route history for authorized company administrators.
Background Location: The app may collect location data in the background when the app is not actively open, during active work sessions only, solely to record employee movement for attendance purposes.
Who can see it: Location data is visible only to your company authorized HR/Admin users. Never shared with third parties or used for advertising.
Your control: You can revoke location permission at any time from device settings. Revoking permission will disable location-based attendance features.
Retention: Location records are retained for up to 1 year and then automatically deleted, or earlier upon account deletion request.
